Did a bunch of HIIT with my jumprope yesterday. Then did the 30 squats from the challenge, along with donkey kicks.
My thighs are on fire.

So I’ve list a bit of weight since coming back to the US. Just from walking and making my own meals. I just fit into jackets my arms could not git in last year and that’s how I know.
I think I’ve fallen off the wagon in a sense that I don’t exercise as much, BUT I’m definitely getting back on it. I’m getting a workout schedule organized, and I just did my first Insanity workout. Shit’s cray.
HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THIS IF THE EXTREMELY FIT PEOPLE ON THE VIDEO ARE FALLING ALL OVER THE PLACE.
